A Few Words About Me

Hi, my name is Michelle Pozan-Currie

I am passionate about helping others find their healthiest body, mind and spirit.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing since 2009, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I am learning all I can to help my clients through changes in our hormonal health as we age.  My background in massage therapy has led me to study various massage techniques to customize a massage for every-body, as well as specialize in pain relief for active persons.  I utilize my Personal Training background to help you to be mobile and fit so you can enjoy all of the sports and life's activities to make life full, fun and exciting.
