I am a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing since 2009, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I am learning all I can to help my clients through changes in our hormonal health as we age. My background in massage therapy has led me to study various massage techniques to customize a massage for every-body, as well as specialize in pain relief for active persons.
